Refund policy

Orders cannot be modified once they have been placed. If you wish to request cancellation of an order prior to shipment, you must contact orders@rumtropic.us promptly. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and will only be honored if the order has not already entered the fulfillment or shipping process.

Orders containing alcohol are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact orders@rumtropic.us, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please email orders@rumtropic.us and include photographs of the damaged or incorrect shipment for review.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact orders@rumtropic.us with a photo of the damaged shipment. Once reviewed, we will work to coordinate a replacement shipment within 3 business days, where applicable.
