Shipping policy

We currently fulfill orders only to addresses located within the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Orders are generally processed and fulfilled within 3 to 5 business days. Standard delivery may require an additional 3 to 8 business days, depending on the delivery location. Products will be shipped directly to the delivery address provided at checkout. All orders containing alcohol require the signature of an adult age 21 or older, as well as presentation of valid government-issued identification upon delivery.

Alcohol products are shipped by licensed third-party retailers within the AccelPay network. These retailers may utilize various carriers, including GLS and UPS, to complete delivery. If your order includes both alcohol products and merchandise, those items may be shipped separately and may arrive on different dates.

We can ship Rum Tropic and Scully merch to any state.

Delivery Standards

Our delivery carriers will make up to three attempts to deliver a package to the intended recipient at the address provided at checkout. If delivery cannot be completed after three attempts, the package will be deemed undeliverable and returned to the retailer.

In the event a package is returned as undeliverable, the recipient will be responsible for applicable fees. If a refund is requested, an Undeliverable Package Fee of $25 will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If reshipment is requested, a flat fee of $40 will be charged to cover the undeliverable package fee and the cost of reshipment. Additional fees may apply depending on the contents of the order.
