For orders placed for delivery within the United States, any alcohol purchase will be fulfilled by licensed third-party retailers within the AccelPay network. In such cases, your order transaction is facilitated through those licensed retailers, and your purchase is subject to AccelPay’s Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, ecommerce and payment terms, and any other applicable terms and conditions established by AccelPay. These terms apply to all purchases made through AccelPay and govern the transaction between you and the third-party retailer fulfilling your order.
