Our award-winning White Rum starts with fermenting high-quality Demerara cane sugar and blackstrap molasses with a tropical strain of yeast, creating a flavorful spirit with notes of tropical fruit and a gentle residual earthy sweetness that makes any tropical cocktail shine. Like all Rum Tropic products, it’s crafted to be extra smooth, and our White Rum earned a Silver Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
